Joaquin Ramos is currently incarcerated by the Michigan Department of Corrections. He is Xicano revolutionary nationalist, a former Brown Beret from Detroit, Michigan. Joaquin and I have been close friends for the past 23 years. I believe this brother is dying from lack of adequate medical care from the staff of Duane Waters Medical Correctional Facility.
